There is so much to check out this year at the Toronto International Boat Show including the return of the world’s largest indoor lake where you can enjoy a free boat ride in a canoe, kayak or pedal boat, glow in the dark boating and watch professional wakeboarders, wake-skaters and water-skiers perform.

More than 1,000 boats of all sizes have anchored at the 67th Annual Toronto International Boat Show, which opens to the public on Saturday, January 18 – 26 at Enercare Centre. Media were invited for a sneak peek on Friday, January 17 to preview some of the most exciting new boat innovations and trends including the debut of e-foiling on the world’s largest indoor lake – a growing sport that resembles surfing above water. Media got a first look at some of the newest electric boat models available in Canada, as well as the evolution of hybrid vessels such as the VIGO, that combines elements of a pontoon, RV camper, and houseboat – defining a new category of recreational boats.

Boaters and those interested in the boating lifestyle can enjoy over 300 free seminars within the show, check out the latest and most innovative products throughout the show, plus see beautifully restored vintage boats with the Antique and Classic Boat Society – Toronto.

We are working hard to establish a permanent expo for foiling products and hydrofoiling industry at Toronto International Boat Show. We will be working with organizers to create a dedicated place or a hydrofoiling pavillion in order to follow the trends in the industry, and such efforts at Amsterdam’s Mets and Boot International Boat Show in Dusseldorf Germany
