SailGP’s adrenaline-fueled racing will make its long-awaited Canada debut on June 1-2, with the fast and furious action unfolding just meters from the Halifax and Dartmouth shorelines. The 10-strong F50 fleet will go head to head for glory, harnessing the elemental power of nature in SailGP’s high-performance, hydro foiling F50 catamarans.

SailGP is an international sailing competition that features high-performance F50 foiling catamarans, where teams compete across a season of multiple grands prix around the world. Its reigning champions are Tom Slingsby’s Australia SailGP Team, who won their 3rd consecutive title in the 2022-23 SailGP championship.

Fans will be cheering on home team Canada, driven by Phil Robertson, when battle commences – with Halifax marking the team’s first ever home event. The ROCKWOOL Canada Sail Grand Prix will be the 11th stop on Season 4’s record-breaking 13-event calendar, which means teams will be putting it all on the line to move up the season leaderboard in the run up to San Francisco’s Grand Final.

There are plenty of ticket options available, as well as opportunities to meet the athletes and go behind the scenes of the teams’ pit-lane style Tech Base. Alongside two days of exhilarating racing action, they’ll be giant screens, race commentary, live music, entertainment, and plenty of food and drink options.

Tickets have now SOLD OUT, but spectators can watch the action from vantage points along the Halifax and Dartmouth shorelines.
